By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy to be given and also our cancellation and refund policy link to be given , and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. To use our services, student must be at least 13 years old. Student under the age of 18 years must use our services under your parent or guardian’s permission. The parents/guardian allowing their child below 18 must read and accept these terms before use of our services. If you are a parent or guardian of a User under age 18, by allowing your child to use the Services, you are subject to these Terms and responsible for your child’s activity as part of the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion, and will notify you of any changes by posting a notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant EdZipp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

EdZipp offers various subscription plans for the Services. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled beforehand. You may opt-out of automatic renewal by changing your account settings. You are also recommended to go through the cancellation and refund policy of the company link to be given .

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or EdZipp. You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and ceasing to use the Platform. EdZipp may also terminate these Terms or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination of these Terms, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EdZipp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform. In no event will EdZipp or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by EdZipp. EdZipp does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party websites, services, or resources, and you acknowledge and agree that EdZipp is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such websites, services, or resources.
In no event shall EdZipp or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to these Terms or the use or inability to use the Platform. Company has no liability of working of internet, wifi or its speeds, fluent audio or video on the screen. The services of the company are subject the laws of the country, in which the services are hired by the users.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and EdZipp and governs your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and EdZipp. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. EdZipp's failure to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by EdZipp in writing. This Agreement may be assigned or transferred by EdZipp without restriction. For the services/features, user is suggested to go through the service/feature section on the webpage.
In case of any dispute arisen from the terms of this agreement of terms of service, then the aggrieved party shall seek appointment of sole arbitration to resolve the issueee in dispute. The company within 3 days of said request shall immediate appoint sole arbitrator to resolve the dispute and the learned arbitrator shall decide the matter as soon as possible maximum within 3 months from the date of appearance of the parties before it. The language of arbitration shall be English and its place shall be at Mohali (Punjab) – India. The party raises dispute shall pay the fee of arbitration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
EdZipp strives to provide a user-friendly and flexible subscription service to our customers. Here is our updated Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If your subscription expires, you have the opportunity to renew your account within the grace period of 30 days from its expiry. We will notify you via email to remind you of the renewal. Failure to renew your account within this period may result in the loss of your data. You have two options: either you can upgrade or renew your account, or you can start with a free plan. Please note that the Free Plan will not save your previous data. You may cancel your subscription with us any time by accessing My Account from the dashboard. Such cancellation will take effect immediately and you will have no longer access to our services on expiry of the running billing cycle. In case, you wish to upgrade your existing plan, you may upgrade it on payment of the new subscription fee and the subscription fee already paid for the existing plan will not be adjusted in the same, whereas the upgraded plan will be effective immediately on receipt of subscription fee.
On cancellation of subscription by you before its expiry, you will not be eligible for the refund of any unused portion of subscription fee. However, if you suffer loss of: subscription fee at the end of company, (ii) or paid in excess by mistake (iii) or paid more than once by any technical reason in the billing system, which arose due to the error in the system of company, then you may initiate request of such loss within 3 days from such payment at support@edzipp.com directly and the company after verifying the facts will refund said excess payment or fee within next 15 days from the verification of the mistake, if found at the end of company.(IV) If you purchase an annual plan and experience a technical issue within 30 days of payment, and the technical team of the company is unable to resolve the issue within 20 days, then the company will provide a full refund within next 30 days. This refund is available only to the customer who buys an annual plan. However, the company shall not be held responsible for any refund, if such losses occur at the end of payment gateway, online payment services etc. and not due to the error on the part of the company. The company shall reject the refund, if it finds that it has no fault for such loss or excess payment. In case of rejection of such refund, the company will inform you within 15 days from finding its No Fault.
Company reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time even without notice. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Cancellation Policy on our platform which will apply to all transactions made after the date of the change. You are suggested to go through the intimation of amendments of any of the terms of this policy provided to you. You may also object or suggest for re-amendment within 7 days from such intimation with your specific suggestions only. After expiry of a 7 days period, no objection or suggestion will be entertained. On receipt of such objection or suggestion, the company may (i) reconsider said amendment, (ii) or reject (iii) or accept such objection or suggestion. The decision of the company over such objection or suggestion shall be final and will be applied accordingly from the date of amendment. Merely submitting objection/s or suggestion/s shall not cease the effect of such amendment. By using EdZipp, you acknowledge that you have read and amendment.
